Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR” or “Regulation”), PLT Holding S.r.l. provides this notice regarding the processing of personal data carried out in the context of users (“Users”) browsing its website (“Site”), through the use of cookies, as described in this cookie policy.

This cookie policy aims to provide Users with information regarding cookies, their use, and the rights granted to them.

  1. What are cookies?

  1. Scope of circulation and recipients of personal data

Users’ personal data will not be disclosed to third parties.

The use of the cookies indicated in paragraph 2 may involve the transfer of personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”).

  1. Data subjects’ rights

Pursuant to Articles 15–22 of the GDPR, the User, as a data subject, may exercise specific rights by contacting the Controller.

  • Right of access: the right to obtain from the Controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning them are being processed and, where that is the case, access to the personal data and the information provided for by Article 15 GDPR.
  • Right to rectification: the right to obtain from the Controller the rectification of inaccurate personal data or the completion of incomplete data (Art. 16 GDPR).
  • Right to erasure: the right to obtain the deletion of personal data in the cases provided for by Article 17 GDPR.
  • Right to restriction of processing: the right to obtain restriction of processing in the cases provided for by Article 18 GDPR.
  • Right to data portability: the right to receive the data in a structured format and transmit them to another controller (Art. 20 GDPR).

The User also has the right to object to the processing of personal data in the cases provided for by Article 21 GDPR.

Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, a User who believes that the processing concerning them infringes the GDPR has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority pursuant to Article 77 GDPR.
