The PLT Holding Group has implemented its own internal channel through which whistleblowing reports can be submitted, ensuring the confidentiality of the identity of the reporters, other individuals involved, and the content of the reports. Following the entry into force of Legislative Decree 24/2023, which fully revised the regulations on the matter, the PLT Holding Group has adopted and subsequently updated a specific "Policy" for reports, including anonymous ones, within the PLT Holding Group (Whistleblowing).
Reports can be submitted by individuals internal or external to the organization, such as employees, collaborators, freelancers, consultants, suppliers, shareholders, or persons with administrative or control functions in the PLT Holding Group companies, such as Board Members or members of the Supervisory Boards.
What can be reported?
Reports, which should be as detailed as possible, concern violations of law affecting public interest or the integrity of the company, such as acts of corruption or violations of occupational health and safety or environmental regulations.
The following do NOT constitute whistleblowing reports and will not be considered:
Disputes, claims, or personal requests related to one’s employment (to be submitted to the relevant HR functions)
Complaints regarding service disruptions or issues within PLT Holding Group companies (to be submitted to the dedicated corporate functions)
The reports submitted via the Platform are managed by the Head of the Legal Office. If a report concerns the Head of the Legal Office, it will be handled by the CEO to avoid conflicts of interest, excluding the person to whom the report refers.
For reports falling under Legislative Decree 231/2001, the Manager assigns the investigation to the company’s Supervisory Body relevant to the report.
