Terms and Conditions of Use of the PLT Website

The website https://www.pltholding.it/ (“Website”) is the exclusive property of PLT Holding S.r.l., with registered office at Via Chiaravalle 7/9, 20122 Milan, Tax ID and VAT 04455950404, contactable at pltholding@pec.it (“PLT” or the “Company”).

The Website and its contents are provided for informational purposes only.

By accessing, browsing, or using the Website, the user (“User”) agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions (“T&C”), which are accepted unconditionally.

If the User does not wish to accept these T&C, they must not access, browse, or use the Website in any way.

Access to the Website and Usage Limits

The User agrees to use the Website solely for personal purposes, in compliance with the T&C and applicable law. Any commercial or advertising use of the Website is prohibited.

The following is prohibited:

1. Interfering with the proper functioning of the Website and its servers;
2. Sending via email files containing viruses, codes, software, or other elements that could damage the Website or its servers;
3. Conducting large-scale data extraction or testing the Website’s vulnerabilities;

PLT provides Users with a “Contact” form, through which the User can submit requests to PLT on their own behalf or, with consent, on behalf of third parties. Sending defamatory, slanderous, or illegal messages is prohibited.

Intellectual Property Rights on the Website

The Website and its contents, including text, images, trademarks, logos, software, and databases (collectively, “Contents”), are the exclusive property of PLT. The Contents are protected by intellectual and industrial property rights and may not be copied, modified, reproduced, or used without PLT’s written authorization.

Links and Third-Party Websites

The Website may contain links to third-party websites over which PLT has no control. Accessing these websites is the User’s responsibility, and the User assumes any associated risks.

Prohibition of Using Contents for AI Training

It is prohibited to use the Website’s Contents for training algorithms or artificial intelligence models.

Violation of the T&C by the User

If the User violates the T&C, PLT may suspend or limit access to the Website without notice and take action for any damages caused by the User.

Limitations and Disclaimer of Liability

Access to and use of the Website are the User’s sole responsibility. PLT is not liable for:

1. Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the Contents;
2. Consequences arising from access to or downloading the Contents;
3. Contents of messages sent via the “Contact” form.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The T&C are governed by Italian law. The Court of Milan has exclusive jurisdiction over disputes related to the T&C.

Changes to the T&C

Users are encouraged to periodically review this page for updates. New T&C become effective immediately upon publication online.
