PLT Energia operates in the renewable energy sector, with a primary focus in Italy and a presence in the USA – Texas and Spain.
The company develops solar, wind, and BESS projects, with a target of over 1 GW of installed capacity by 2031.
By the end of 2025, 375 MW will be in operation and 260 MW under construction. In Italy, the development pipeline amounts to 1.65 GW (of which 1.1 GW is expected to be authorized by 2030), while in Texas a 300 MW PV+BESS project is under construction, with an additional 1.4 GW pipeline.

PLT Tower is a company operating in the Real Estate sector, with the objective of developing and managing significant real estate projects in high-potential international urban contexts.
Among the company’s main initiatives is the construction of a 39-storey residential tower (384 units and approximately 43,000 sqm of gross floor area) located in the Business Bay district of Dubai, one of the city’s most dynamic and rapidly developing areas.
Additional projects include the development of a 20-storey residential tower in New York, in the heart of Manhattan, as well as the income-generating management of several buildings in Switzerland, as part of a diversified real estate investment strategy.

PLT AI is the group's company dedicated to the development and application of artificial intelligence in industrial and financial processes. With an innovation-driven approach, PLT AI develops proprietary solutions for asset management optimisation and technology-driven value creation.
