Privacy Notice on the Processing of Personal Data of Users Interested in Being Contacted by PLT Holding S.r.l.


Pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”), PLT Holding S.r.l., as the data controller, provides this privacy notice regarding the processing of personal data of users (“Users”) who fill out the form in the “Contacts” section (“Contact Form”) on the PLT website (“Website”).

Content of the request sent

 Data will be kept for the time necessary to protect the rights/interests of PLT and/or third parties and for any corporate operations, in compliance with ordinary statute of limitations.

Users' personal data will be processed exclusively by personnel authorized by PLT, solely to carry out the purposes indicated above, following specific instructions for processing.

Data may also be shared with:

  • Service providers on behalf of PLT, appointed as data processors (e.g., IT providers)
  • Public or private entities (insurance companies, banks, legal advisors, public authorities, judicial bodies), as independent data controllers

Personal data will not be disclosed except as required by law.

  1. Transfer of Data Outside the European Economic Area

Users' personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area.

Pursuant to Articles 15-22 GDPR, Users may exercise the following rights:

  • Right of access: obtain confirmation and access to personal data being processed
  • Right to rectification: correct inaccurate data or complete incomplete data (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • Right to erasure: obtain deletion of personal data in the cases provided (Art. 17 GDPR)
  • Right to restriction of processing: limit processing in specific cases (Art. 18 GDPR)
  • Right to data portability: receive data in a structured format and transmit it to another controller (Art. 20 GDPR)
  • Right to object: object to processing for legitimate reasons (Art. 21 GDPR)
